Dr. Kelly Kettlewell
Dr. Kelly Kettlewell is a licensed psychologist who earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Maryland in 2007. Kelly strives to create an environment of trust and safety with each client and values the healing that can take place when people feel heard without judgment, seen for all of who they are, and deeply understood. She focuses on helping clients gain insight into their feelings, thoughts, and actions to address a wide range of presenting concerns. Kelly integrates a variety of counseling techniques in her work which often includes a focus on emotions, interpersonal patterns, and early experiences within one's family, culture, and surrounding environment. Kelly's goal is to meet clients where they are and create a meaningful therapy relationship that, in turn, helps individuals make meaningful change.
Dr. Brian Schurr
Dr. Brian Schurr is a licensed psychologist who earned his Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University in 2012. He is trained to provide therapeutic services to address a variety of mental health concerns. Brian believes that in order for change to occur, a person must feel respected and understood within the therapeutic relationship. He works to create a safe and trusting environment where clients can feel free to openly explore their areas of concern. Brian strives to meet his clients where they are and devotes time to building upon strengths that already exist. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings throughout his career which has helped him to see the benefits of working to explore the unique world view of each of his clients. Brian integrates a variety of counseling techniques into his work including an exploration of interpersonal relationships, an examination of the intersection between one’s patterns of thinking, feelings, and behavior (also known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and helping his clients to develop a deeper and more effective relationship with their emotions.
Dominick Agosti, LCSW
Dominick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in clinical practice. He has provided therapeutic services in multiple settings for a variety of mental health concerns. Dominick approaches clinical practice with the understanding that meaningful change occurs in the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship. He builds upon the inherent strengths and personal values of each person to promote individual well-being. Dominick helps clients to develop a flexible and compassionate response to difficult internal experiences. His goal is to support clients in taking action that moves them toward a rich, full, and meaningful life.
Katie Soccio, LPC
Katie Soccio is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Masters of Art Degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from Penn State University in 2012. Katie has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and as a licensed outpatient therapist since 2017. She is a certified therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and a Certified Complex Trauma Treatment Level II Professional (CCTP-II). Katie focuses on collaborating with clients to help support them with reaching their goals while using evidence based interventions and clients’ strengths. She believes that creating a safe environment and supportive therapeutic relationship in which clients may freely express their thoughts, feelings, and sensations can resolve underlying stressors or trauma while fostering resiliency so that clients may live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
Lori Sanner, LPC
Lori Sanner is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her MA in Counseling from Messiah University in 2021. Lori considers the therapeutic relationship to be of utmost importance in the counseling process, which is why she seeks to create a safe space allowing clients to freely express thoughts and emotions while gaining insight into their selves and circumstances. She helps clients uncover discouraging patterns and themes across the lifespan through placing an importance on understanding a client’s context and background. Lori works from an integrative, strength-based approach empowering clients to discover understanding, meaning, and healing for their lives. Her goal is to help clients achieve lasting change through creating new patterns rooted in their values and needs.
Krystin Montoro, LPC
Krystin Montoro is a licensed professional counselor who earned her Masters of the Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Eastern University in 2015. Krystin has worked in the behavioral and mental health field for 10 years and as a licensed outpatient therapist since 2018. Krystin's warm and empathetic demeanor creates a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Through active listening and insightful questioning, she helps clients gain deeper self-awareness, identify patterns of behavior, and develop coping strategies to navigate life's challenges. With a focus on empowering her clients, Krystin encourages them to tap into their innate strengths and resilience, fostering growth and transformation. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or life transitions, Krystin is dedicated to supporting her clients on their journey towards healing and helping clients to embrace and celebrate their authentic selves. Krystin also has experience in treating a variety of eating disorders, grief, LGBTQ+ related issues, sport/performance related anxiety, and working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
Andrea Silverstrim, LPC
Andrea Silverstrim is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Masters of Education in Counseling from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2010. Andrea has 19 years of clinical counseling experience with both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. She has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings as well as primarily outpatient telehealth services for the last four years. With a background in Social Work, Andrea meets people where they are in their journey, building on the strengths they already possess, and assisting them to honor their core self. Utilizing a multi-theoretical approach, she strives to address the whole person, helping them learn and develop new ways to meet their own needs in order to grow towards their full potential.
Dr. Christina Johnson
Dr. Christina Johnson is a licensed professional counselor who earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Andrews University in 2019. Christina believes that recognizing, understanding, and honoring the feelings of an individual are a central part of therapy. She strives to create a safe, non-judgemental environment to aid in self-discovery and enable individuals to make changes in their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Christina is committed to helping equity-deserving groups overcome the obstacles that interfere with their ability to realize their full potential. Other areas of interest include helping people navigate difficulties in family of origin and intimate partner relationships. Christina believes that, given the right guidance and encouragement, every individual has the ability to achieve success, in spite of their perceived limitations or societal barriers.
R. Sprite McLaughlin
R. Sprite McLaughlin, Office Manager for Central Keystone Counseling, obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lycoming College in 2014. Sprite brings years of experience working with seniors, persons with disabilities, and their families assisting them toward resources and services available for their needs. Sprite is pleased to bring her administrative expertise to Central Keystone Counseling and play a supportive role in assisting clients towards their goals.
